Verifications performed from this site are Primary-Source Verifications from the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology and are valid only if the original was printed and is maintained in your facility. Employers and credentialing bodies should not accept a copy of this form in place of validating a license as of the date that the verification is printed. Updates are performed daily. Contact the Board Office to request Board Orders or other public documents.

"Renewal Date" refers to the date an active license is due to be renewed or, in other words, refers to the date a license expired. Licenses must be renewed by October 15 annually.

"Renewal Date" Legend: NonRenewal19 = A voluntary non-renewal of a license at the end of Licensure Year 2018, i.e. October 15, 2018. NonRenewal20 = A voluntary non-renewal of a license at the end of Licensure Year 2019, i.e. October 15, 2019. NonRenewal21 = A voluntary non-renewal of a license at the end of Licensure Year 2020, i.e. October 15, 2020. And so on, and so forth.
